Official Rules

One Entry Per Person: Quality over quantity! Only your first submission will be considered.
100% Traditional Art Only: We are not accepting digital art for this contest. All work must be hand-drawn, painted, or sketched.
Originality: No tracing, "color-ins," or AI-generated art. References are allowed, but the execution must be 100% yours.
Submission Process: All art must be dropped off in person at the counter during business hours.
Registration: Upon submission, you must fill out an official registration form at the cafe to validate your entry.
Content: Keep it PG-13. No excessive gore, NSFW content, or offensive imagery. Let’s keep the cafe vibes family-friendly!

Age Groups

1. Ages 12 and Younger

2. Ages 13-17

3. Ages 18 - Older

How to Vote

Winners are selected by our community!

In-Person Voting: All voting is conducted exclusively at the cafe by our customers.
One Vote Per Customer: Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Official Ballots: Each ballot must include your full name to be valid.

Legal & Fine Print

The "40 Entry" Rule: Please note that the full cash prize will only be awarded if a minimum of 40 entries are submitted. If we don't hit 40, the deadline will be extended by 30 days until the minimum is met.
Eligibility: Open to all ages. Winners under 18 must have a parent/guardian claim the prize.
Rights & Usage: By entering, you grant Anime Cafe Tarzana a non-exclusive right to display your artwork in-store, on our website, and on social media for promotional purposes.

Note: Refusal to allow public display will result in removal from the contest.

Physical Art: We are not responsible for damage or loss. Do not submit your only copy! All physical entries must be picked up by 7/30/26 or they may be recycled.
